Our little ganach cakes were dubbed "gourmet ding dongs" by one of our own way back in 1993! 
Two thin layers of chocolate or vanilla genoise, real buttercream inside and out, and a chocolate truffle in the center. The whole thing is dipped in our buttery chocolate glaze and decorated as the Pastry Chef dreams fit
